Cycling 2015

Degenkolb takes it on the line from Stybar and Van Avermaet. Etixx fucked that one up, Lampaert left Stybar out too soon

Utterly bizarre scenes here as the peloton is split by the gates of a level crossing closing to let a TGV train through.

The quality is as ever. Just not as juiced as traditionally.

The guys that went through the crossing when it was down broke the laws of cycling.

Great win for Degenkolb. Also won Milan-San Remo this year. He was interviewed by Greg Lemond on his Eurosport programme this week. Seems like an alright sort.

PP have Dani at 9/1 for LBL next weekend. I think he’s timed everything perfectly and he was 15th yesterday in Amstel coming in the same time as Kwiatkowski.

Definitely worth a few quid,imo

I’ve a few quid on e/w at 25/1 (I think those are the odds)

He’s 10/1 now. I got 12/1 earlier.

He’ll probably break his collar bone warming up.

Froome had another nasty looking fall.

Valverde won the Fleche Wallone yesterday. Kwiatkowski was impressive winning Amstel Gold last Sunday. Nibali was prominent, might be worth a punt on Sunday.

Another win for Sam Bennett and he re-takes the leader’s jersey at Bayern Rundfahrt.

If Cavendish and Greipel weren’t in such good form, the 5/1 about him winning a Tour stage would be tempting. That being said, he beat Bouhanni today. So, maybe one of the days he might get a bit of luck.

Very refreshing to see Johan Bruyneel cheering on Wiggins as he broke the mile record today. Looking forward to David Walsh writing about it.

I have no doubt but @flattythehurdler will bump into Sir Brad at a dry cleaners during the week and will hear all about it.

If I do, tfk will be the first to know. He was busy cementing the halo today.

Nico has made the Sky team for the Tour

Jaysus. Some impact.

Some slap. Absolutely no chance.

Oh my days…

Good win for Nico today. He seemed to be smiling during the sprint
