Anderson really does need to step it up. He is in a similar position to Nani at the start of last season. First season Anderson was amazing. Its been downhill since but there was glimpses of him improving at the end of season in the run in.
I would have high hopes for Ryan Tunicliffe to make it. He seems to have the traits of a Roy Keane about him. If Ferguson dosent sign anyone Id like to see him get significant first team games this season.
Tunicliffe does look good from the limited glimpses I’ve seen of him as does Pogba. The thing is we won the league last year with a midfield that everyone questioned. Its only in CL finals that we look shit!!

Sneijder is a great player but I don’t think Manchester United need an attacking midfield player to play off a striker. They need someone to come to replace Carrick and to cover the loss of Scholes and Hargreaves in a traditional centre midfield role. I think John Giles explained that position before on telly - you need to be able to win the ball and then use the ball.
Parker looked excellent anytime I saw him last season. I think he is a better player than Anderson at least who has never shown anything to me in terms of quality. He was with Chelsea, a big club, and didnt make an impact there.
Man Utd could do better but they could do worse also.
