His signing will surely signal Cescs move to Barca.
Sergio has signed Totti, City grow stronger.

great stuff
Hope the coon will be involved on Saturday.
It would be great if McCourt is fit enough to line out on home soil this weekend along with his footballing equals - Aguero, Alvarez and Silva. :guns:
He can be very hot and cold, he is 23 now and I wouldn’t say he is much improved on the player he was when he really made people stand up and take notice back in 2008/2009, but should be a decent signing for around that money.
Also where will Gervinho fit into the Arsenal side next year, if he comfortable on the right? he played a bit there for the Ivory Coast in the last WC but don’t really remember him standing out.
Pastore being strongly linked to PSG for €45m. They have new Qatari owners.
He always plays on the right Chewy. Never plays centrally.
They signed Momo Sissoko during the week, they certainly have strengthened the squad with Menez & Matuidi also joining along with a few others
Right so presume it will be him and Walcott fighting it out for that spot.
Will they look to bring in a left back or will Wenger look to play Armand Traore or Gibbs there. If they were to get Jagielka in to partner Vermaelen and keep Nasri they will still have a very nice side next year, hard to see either Spurs or Liverpool getting into the top 4 ahead of them
Gervinho played on the left in the friendly against Cologne on Saturday, but was always looking to get in to the box. When Nasri plays left he rarely looks for a ball in behind the defence and is always coming back in to midfield to get the ball. Arshavin can be the same so Gervinho should provide more of a goalscoring threat from that position. That should also allow Nasri in to a preferred central position, if they keep him.
I think they will go with Gibbs as first choice full back but not sure Wenger trustsTraore too much as back up. Could see Vermaelen switching to full back if Gibbs is out.
Vermaelen should go left back imo. Can’t understand the interest in Jagielka. Decent enough player but that’s about it.
Gola makes a good point there. Surely it is worth paying a premium to factor out the considerable risk that a players wife doesn’t like the fact that it rains in Manchester.
I’m quite the fan of Aguero so looking forward to seeing how he fits in.
Robbie being linked with a move to QPR today
Looks as though Diego Lugano is joining them as well
Rossi’s Move to Juve has fallen through.
Nevertheless, the departure of Cazorla means that the Vila-Real side no longer need to sell the Italian, and Pastorello was quoted as saying by Sky Sport: "Giuseppe Rossi has been officially taken off the market by Villarreal after the sale of Cazorla to Malaga. The tricky financial situation that Villarreal found themselves in is no longer there following this transfer.
“Giuseppe wanted to move to Juventus, but the Villarreal president’s stance on this has changed following the latest developments. This is a bit of a relief for Giuseppe as he can now fully focus on playing football again.”
Rossi will be a Barcelona player this time next year
I see some story about Sylvain Distin hoping to see a few new players at Everton this season. Opinions on Distin as a player? He always struck me as underrated to be honest. He has been consistently good for many seasons now in the EPL. He has never played for France which I find strange.
Pastore looks closer to completing a move to PSG but as Totti has pointed out you have to take to take quotes from Zamperini with a pinch of salt. He said:
“it’s almost official. We reached an agreement at midnight - Javier Pastore will go to PSG for €43m.”
nzogbia to B6 signed and sealed. better player than downing imo.
