2012 Six Nations

Much improved second half performance where we got the forwards to carry the ball more and were more pragmatic in our approach which has worked well. Subs really injected some energy into our play, Reddan and Ryan especially while Cronin has been busy as well

Kearney was my motm but that mistake prob cost him. Decent performance, nice to see them put away when chance came to do so.

Agreed. Thought Kearney was our moth with Ferris second. Scoreline flattered us somewhat but second half showing was pleasing. Reddan did particularly well when brought on and I hope himself and Ryan start against France. Agree with chewy in that D’arcy had decent showing but was telling on a couple of occasions how poor our midfield pairing were at passing.

Wales to win easily here.

England were written off by most before this match but have shown admirable resilience and character to go in leading at half-time. The traditional values of the game never change and Stuart Lancaster can take no little credit for instilling them in his team.

I’m pretty sure I saw a child of no more than 10 or 11 with half a pint of lager inb his hand after Owen Farrell had slotted over that last kick before half-time by the way. While that isn’t the sort of clean, sober image the RFU will have wanted to portray, it does show that young rugby fans have a much higher degree of trust and responsibility placed in them by their parents than would be the case in other socio-economic groups, and this generally produces a more well rounded, confident individual who is extremely comfortable in a leadership role.

Will you shut up talking shit please and just watch the match

Photographic proof that I wasn’t talking shit has been provided above mate.

While he is an excellent rugby player, Mike Phillips always struck me as a prize cunt

I was talking about the last 3 1/2 lines you wrote. Fair play to the lad for having pint.

Whatever happens in these last 14 minutes, warm favourites Wales have found that winning at Twickenham is a different kettle of fish entirely to securing a victory at their traditional happy hunting ground of Lansdowne Road.

Fair fuck to Wales, fortress Twickenham my arse.

 Great spot.

Think this is another really low standard game - not sure there’s any semi-decent team in the competition this year - but that was a terrific try and delighted for Lawes.

Can’t believe Flood kicked that away.

Great spot sid. That was superb by Williams. Sam Warburton has had a very good game.

I do wish Steve Walsh would shut up every once in a while. Would hate to play a game he is in charge of.

Clear penalty to Wales there, England holding on and he gives it the other way, some bullshit

Hope Flood has to take the conversion
