I never said he was special, heâs decidedly average, but decidedly average is good enough to replace Murray.
Iain Henderson and Luke Marshall particularly can be world class players, you can laugh if you want. The only other player as influential and dominant at center in his school days was BOD, Marshall can progress to be a top player, he has all the attributes needed.
That was a weakened Ulster side Mac, and April 6th is all they care about as they are assured a semi in the Rabo.
I thought Drico played out half for 'Rock. Happy to stand corrected if wrong.
Thatâs it, BOD is not special for his work rate or his side step (which is not that amazing) but what puts him ahead of any try hards or guys who are flashy is one his ability to find space, two his ability to put another player in oceans of space (usually by drawing defenders) and three him choosing to do the right thing at the right time. He is so aware of the game and the cOntext it is in at any one time. He is not a one trick pony and rarely tries silky stuff just for the sake of it.
That cannot be said about any Ulster player or many irish players in general as so many of them are ridiculously one dimensional.
The fucking state of that⌠Fellas twisting raised bodies when benching and bouncing it off their chest. Iâm nearly certain the tape was edited also to make it look like whoever that player doing the pull ups with the 20kg strapped on got three complete repsâŚ
Jesus Christ, some clowns in here trying to make rugby sound complex in order to overstate someoneâs ability. There are no bigger spoofers than the âinformedâ rogbee football fan.
Iâm no expert but Iâd say you could do untold damage to you back lifting weights while arching your back like that. Or is it possible that their core is that strong that they can get away with this?
No Fran, itâs that they are not using their core at all, or his legs. It might surprise some people but you use your whole body in the Bench. The weight is too heavy for sure. And yes thatâs terrible hyperextension of the spine.
Workmanlike performance by England who did what they had to do against a much under-rated Italian team.
A titanic all-British showdown for the championship in Cardiff next week which should go a long way to deciding a number of British Loins test spots, such as:
15: Halfpenny v Goode
14 Cuthbert v Ashton
13: Tuilagi v Davies
12: Roberts v Barritt
9: Youngs v Phillips
8: Faletau v Wood
7: Warburton v Robshaw
3: Cole v Jones
1: Jenkins v Marler

Ashton will be lucky to even start for England let alone be in line for a Loins start.
I thought that was a shocking performance from George Clancy today. Blew Italy off the pitch and handed the game to the English. England are a very average team and are lucky that France and Ireland are ask poor this year. Theyâll probably be found out in Cardiff though.
