2014 Six Nations Thread - Come the Power & the Glory

Suddenly? There’s nothing sudden about the lack of options in the centre for Ireland.

The grip rugby holds over the media in this country is disgusting.
Kathy Sheridan got huge compliments over an article she wrote a couple of weeks back about living with breast cancer. I said to myself, “I might read that”, and had a quick skim through it to see if it was worth reading. When I flicked through to page 3 of the article I saw that it mainly consisted of a lunch she was at with wives of the Munster rugby team, so I gave it a miss.

Fan is a bit much. I’d describe myself as more of a passive interest taker. I like watching the Irish team though.

O’Gara is a horrible cunt and I’m glad his international career ended in humiliation and shame.
“The whole country was watching. And what a great result.”

What a sweeping statement.

I was the only occupant of a 60 bedroom hotel during the match and do you think I could a signal in any of the 70 odd TVs in the focking place.

No.

ROG and Kathy would know each other well. I’m sure you know the connection

Don’t fucking start me on you fraud of a man. Do I have to dig out your drunken and emotional plea of the night of the Munster final where you begged me not to piss on your bandwagonning chips?? You also swore an oath to steer clear of rugby bashing

Stay away from Room 237…

What part of the island of Ireland does this Jared Payne hail from?

Hes another one of these fucking cunts like Strauss. They live on the island for a few years, toss these mercenary pricks a passport and teach them the anthem. Its fucking disgusting. Robbie Henshaw was born to wear this jersey, this Jared (FFS) prick can fuck right off.

These ruggery jokers actually count games for the lions as international appearances?
With 140 caps, he moves one clear of George Gregan’s mark of 139. If you go through George Gregan’s haul, you’ll see he has 3 against the British Lions in 2001. There’s no higher arena in the sport than a test match involving the British Lions.

A small difference is that Gregan actually played for his country against the lions while BOD played for Britain

The British Isles.

Its also worth pointing out that Australia is part of the Commonwealth and that George Gregan is in fact from Zambia.
