2015/2016 UEFA Champions League - Gameweek 1

He has been at a casino in Las Vegas playing poker.

Full time poker player?

I’m not sure but he was over there for a while. He was on the Irish poker too I think. I’d say he wanted to replace Bill but wasn’t behind Maloney. He has been doing rugby coverage for the last year so for various websites.

Wrong, nimby. I think you are incapable of independent thought, not everyone.

Souness saying Di Maria mustn’t be too good if Real Madrid were willing to let him go to Manchester United last year. That’d be a warning signal for him. Same goes for Schweini - fact Bayern were okay with him leaving suggests to Souness that his best days are well behind him. Redknapp piped up to disagree with Graeme on Di Maria. Said he can’t explain why it didn’t work for him in the EPL but he’d recently had a cup of tea with Ancellotti who told him Di Maria was a top, top player.

Harry and Graeme.

Incorrect, you’re just judging people within your own insular spectrum.

What do the experts on here think of the tackle on Luke Shaw? Van Gaal said red card and penalty which perhaps is understandable given his position, and Graham Poll said red card for an overaggressive two footed lunge at pace with no regard for the opponent’s safety. It looked pretty bad to me regardless of the horrible outcome, getting a touch on the ball isn’t a great defense imo when you take the player out as well.

@Nembo_Kid

Citys average wage is double of juves.

Red all day.

Manuel Pellegrini admits Manchester City’s goal against Juventus “clearly should’ve been disallowed.”

Giorgio Chiellini put the ball into his own net from a corner, but only after Vincent Kompany had climbed on to his shoulders.

Shown the replay by Italian television Mediaset Premium, the City manager confessed “yes, it clearly should’ve been disallowed.”

Great tackle.

No need for Manuel to rub it in for Ities, he has enough problems to deal with.

Rub it in???

They lost, mate.

I see FOTF Raymond Verheijen has pretty much nailed this on twitter

@ChocolateMice mugged off, now that his rugby with your feet league is being walked all over he has lost love with the game.

The EPL isn’t even the best or most exciting league in England

He has fallen out with love with the game because he was hoodwinked by Sky Sports.

I agree with that… I enjoy lower league football a lot more… but alas, the game as a whole doesn’t interest me anymore. I’ll feign interest in international football but hurling and NFL are where it is at these days.
