The ref gave them every fucking chance at the end.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssssssss!!!
Super Cats. Super Cats. Come on you Super Cats.
He rode them for the previous seventy.
No one touched his hand Kev. It was a free to draw the game. He even played another 2 minutes on top of the announced time to give them a chance. The ref was not a deciding factor, much the same as last week. Both sides had their share of calls, your myopic view is only seeing it one way.
Killkenny were superb for much of that game. I think they were that bit better this week like WD last week.
Officials tainted it though. Disgraceful double standard refereeing and the time was farcical.
But well done KK, fantastic effort. Well done both teams
Back to no rules
But the attempt at end to level it up was wrong
This, basically.
Cody is an arsehole, consistently badgering match officials when things arenāt going their way.
Whatever happens on the field happens, if players want to step over the line and change the game then thatās their prerogative but trying to influence and intimidate the gamekeeper and impartial judge of the game to give things your way consistently is as low as you can go.
Tradition packs a mighty wallop
That was the chance. Waterford blew it.
Feel for P Mahoney but they blew it.
There Is a large majority of people other than me that disagree with you. The refereeing in GAA is a joke. Both refs favoured KK over the 2 games.
Calm down, pal.
Complete mishit by PoM at end just shows the pressure he was under. Great game and there should be an all Ireland in this Waterford team in next few years, if they stop this bullshit of having no attackers.
Waterford have to learn how to get over the line.
You could list a lot of times there in the second half when they took the wrong option.
Gleeson for instance won fantastic ball, but his use of it is often cat.
KK just do not waste ball.
Even jj thinks the ref was biased.
What a brill brill game O M G
I didnāt see it that way at all, and I saw no media comments at all or proper neutral comments that thought the referee last week was the worst in 20 years was it?
Both had calls that didnāt go their way. Take Maurice, a foul on him one time, clearly hindered. Next ball in and a clear foul on holden and Maurice scores what looked like a wide ball. It depends what people want. Do you want a ref calling every little shitty foul, or do you want an open game. The open game style obviously suits Kilkenny more as they are well able to mix the physical. But Waterford tonight showed they could too and they got their own share of calls that went their way.
WD sideline failed to make any real impact. Maurice won some ball but was bottled up (illegally a fair bit)
Waterford will eventually get there
Thought they were poor for a lot of the second half.
