Is there such a thing as a countywide season ticket for club games?
My old man goes to 200 club games a year I’d say across both codes and all age groups
Doubt he pays that much to get into all of them!!

Yes, it’s like a €100 or so
Waterford GAA does a season ticket 100 € or 65 for OAPs to get into any championship match in any grade or code.
You can add club matches to the GAA county season tickets.
It was an extra eighty euro or so last year
I’d say it might depend on the county board?
I don’t know. It seems to be an option generally but it’s €101 for 2017
For Cork? I doubt it.
Win an All Ireland, best way to get in for free.
Heard the Pairc ui Rinn pitch was completely shit, they play every game there to justify increased ticket costs for the new stadium, underage and everything instead of having games around the county or in UCC/CIT. They’ve poured loads of money into Mallow, Glanmire, Killeagh etc (or at least someone has), you’d think they’d use the facilities.
I used to pay student prices when I was in Ireland, otherwise I’d not have been able to go to the games I wanted to, and it was 5/10 euros cheaper back then. They didn’t have such a scheme in Cork back them afaik.
Its a disgrace. Think there was 12 matches played there one weekend recently, and a few more mid week.
Dumb fucks.
There mustn’t be a blade of grass left on the pitch after all those games.
Have the Dublin county board started playing championship matches at the GAA centre of excellence yet?
Dublin 1/4 final draw
Castleknock V Skerries Harps
St Vincents V Lucan Sarsfields
Ballymun Kickhams V Raheny
Kilmacud Crokes V St Judes
Dates and venues?
Fucking hell, the draw has only been made
Big guns kept apart.
I thought Dublin would be super efficient, not like the Roaster County Boards
Hurling this weekend so these games could be played next midweek if they want to have the final on the October bank holiday weekend.
Can’t see the early morning throw-in times for the Castleknock-Skerries and Ballymun-Raheny ties attracting much of a crowd.
Ah that’s quality. Something like the Wexford board would send out.
