Maybe something like this chap

Good man Rosy. His inspiration is a little deeper than doing it for a helmet puller.

Whether you agree with it or not, it’s going down that road

Anyone know the answer to this.

Thoul gaa is great though. Chase the horse out of the stable and over the hill, then have a committee meeting about whether or not to shut the gate. Then likely decide to push it to, but not click the lock, just in case like.

I really don’t know what to make of it Flatty tbh
The other argument being that if they are now going to give themselves the power to "question " a referees report, does that mean now that a decision like what happened to De Burca can also be overturned.
Might be better off not bothering their whole with a referees report and just watch the Sunday Game and go from there

Antrim have never won it

True that - whatever helps on the day and works for the individual

It should take an exceptional circumstance to ban a lad from a final.
A straight red in the semi maybe. Otherwise serious foul play. Who or how or what would decide is the thing. A bit of a rule bend to allow a young lad play the game of a lifetime is surely no bad thing.
Personally I do think ripping off a helmet intentionally merits a ban, but intent is hard to prove.
A bit of a soft mush is no harm.
I’d imagine Austin’s card will be marked over the next season or two though.
The rugby league system is pretty good, where, if the ref is unsure, he issues no card, but puts the incident on report, which he clearly signals at the time.

Hard to disagree with any of that.

Time to move on from the flawed disciplinary process of the GAA and look forward to the wonderful and unique spectacle of the tribesmen v the deise.

Fergal Horgan is the man. Southern bias.

Have we had him before?

Advantage Galway

Not this year. Leinster final last year iirc.

Tipp/Munster man :fearful:
