Tell me your scientific logic.
Clare are 4/1 and Meath 5/2.
Double is 16.5/1
No. You have a go at ridiculing my prediction firat.
Give me reasons its so wrong.
Meath have no chance ffs, they are shite
Mayo will beat Clare but delighted for the Clare footballing public that they get a big game in a packed Cusack Park. It’s the least they deserve for their efforts over the past 2 years.
Donegal seemed to struggle at the weekend and only pulled away once Longford were down to 14 men. This was on the back of a hammering from Tyrone. Worrying signs but they have gotten the easiest draw they could get albeit away from home. Meath were awful against Kildare and struggled to put away a very mediocre Sligo team at home. A hesitant vote for Donegal.
Kk v tipp
Mayo are only starting to wake up after their hibernation. And they had the support of the refs. They’ll walk past Clare handy.
Wrong thread Joseph
Mayo and Donegal are better sides with better pedigree.
You said you have a science which you clearly don’t.
Mayo will win but Clare will give them plenty.
Donegal to win .
The 5/2 on Meath is gone. Top price 2/1 now
Colm Cavanagh picked up an injury playing for Moy yesterday and is now a doubt for the Ulster Final
Do the winners of the two ties drawn this morning then play each other?
No.
Mayo and Meath or Donegal will then be drawn against Cork or Roscommon.
No.
The 2 winners play Cork or beaten Connacht finalists
Mayo must be the hardest team in the country to call.
They should have been beaten by Fermanagh in the qualifiers last year bar an Aidan O’Shea dive. They then went on to beat Tyrone in an excellent performance (despite almost throwing it away in the end despite dominating throughout).
They could have been beaten by Derry at the weekend as well.
I haven’t a clue how the match will go against Clare. You would think Mayo would come through but maybe this is the one where their luck finally runs out.
No, the winners play losing Connacht/Munster finalists.
They have however won two All-Ireland under-21 titles in the last 11 years in Ennis and also won at least one senior qualifier at the venue.
It’s like an All-Ireland for Clare. Cusack Park will be packed and if Mayo start to look vulnerable it will start to feel very claustrophobic for them. They’ll probably win if they perform to any reasonable standard but if they’re as lifeless as they were against Derry they may not escape this time.
