I didn’t see any of the show how did she do as the presenter? She is well able I’d say.

They needed to finish them chances Dublin style, where a lateral handpass is finished with a volleyball type spike to the net

Parents watching the GAA must be sick in their stomach. You would want your head examined to allow your kids to play gaelic sports

Mayo really blew Clare away yesterday after half time. They pretty much went from 2 points down at the interval to having the game won by the 50th minute. They were very impressive but the self-inflicted first goal concession seemed to rock Clare too. Mayo lack a really top class forward but they’re a match for anyone when they exert that midfield dominance, tackle so well and play with such controlled aggression and fast tempo.

One thing we can take out of Mayo’s last two matches is that Derry (Ulster) are a considerably better team than Clare (Munster).

It’ll be interesting to see if there’s denial about this from the same people who previously claimed that a draw is always better than a loss.

Isn’t this completely against the argument you were making about Waterford in the hurling thread last night?

No, it’s completely consistent, I think.

Where does it leave Armagh?

Oh dear

Very fair assessment.

Really struggle to see how a team can win an AI without at least 3 serious scoring forwards

It’s a fair achievement that they’ve been consistently so close to Dublin and Kerry when they’ve nothing like a Conor McManus, James O’Donoghue or Connolly in their attack.

Hon the Rossies

This is a very good start by Roscommon.

galway struggling

Hilarious how overrated Galway are on here. The Rossies destroying them at the moment

Good start by Roscommon.

David Goff won’t get the freedom of Galway city after this I’d say
