actually, just reminded me of something that you or other club members of yours may be able to confirm about a former Kilkenny hurler who went down to ye recently who wouldnt get out of the car when he got there as he wanted payment up front? Or is that another urban myth too?

Unfortunately I can neither deny or confirm that. However, I had thought he didnt charge anything much to be honest. And he asked if the family member could come as company for the long trek down, but I certainly never heard of being charged for her to come. If you were to push me on it, I’d say your statement above would be very much untrue, he was a gentleman and mixed very well. I also dont remember any religious talk at the event either at all.

Fair enough. Might have been pub talk down our way but I heard it was an almost five figure sum he was paid.

Dunno where you’re getting that but I stick to the speed limit and it takes just over 3 hours 15 minutes to get from New Ross to the Ballygawley roundabout with a quick pit stop in Applegreen in Lusk.

We often have to liaise to collect the step son in Ballygawley and pass though New Ross with exactly 3 hours 15 minutes to spare. We often get there with 10 minutes to spare as well.

You can place your trust in a algorithm that had never completed the journey if you like.

You will note as well that I asked another informed posted to confirm if the pub talk was correct rather than post it as an absolute fact.

As for your argument of disproving - well that’s just retarded - I can tell you I believe in a 5 headed monster and then just tell you to disprove its existence - the onus of proof is on you - you’re making the claim he does exist when there isn’t a shred of evidence that a God does - that’s what i’m basing my assertions on, evidence - if you supply me with evidence i’d be more than willing to engage and even change my mind.
