2017 All Ireland Senior Football Championship

Been 3 or 4 head high challenges here would be definite sin bins marginal red cards in rugby

is that not a black card?

Because head high tackles are dangerous and will get a yellow you’re now better off dragging a lad down by the neck rather than anywhere else. Them’s the fruits of the black card.

Not stiff armed though. Poor tackling rather than malicious.

Two years later and people still don’t realise head high tackles aren’t on the black card list.

Doesnt make a difference in rugby

It’s a real waste of a yelllow card as a defender.

100%. The way Mayo are playing thpugh not sure anything matters.

Conditioning and tactics the main difference thus far

Not a kerry player anywhere near that kick out.

Kerry have no one up top

In rugby you can drag a player down so anything head high is more likely malicious.

Kerry lads looked stoned out there. They’ll still win this thanks to mayo though I suspect

Arguably they should’ve drafted Clifford in.

They’ve nothing up there bar Donaghy and Geaney.

The Kerry keeper is a bomb scare.

Mayo need to finish the half properly here. Go in at least 5 up.

Kerry keeper is very weak under the high ball.

Even if you start low and a player ducks into you in rugby you could be in trouble. If you start the challenge high you’re fucked

Has O’Brien touched a ball? I forgot about him

I am delighted to give that no 3 when the first two likes came from esteemed football commentators @Nembo_Kid and @caoimhaoin
