2017 GAA National Football League (AKA Kerry's stroll to yet more silverware)

Laois 0-8
Tipp 0-12

Ridiculously fussy referee absolutely killing any momentum. Tipp far superior this half. Gonna take a goal or two from Laois you’d think.

Jesus, Kingston gets a black card for fucking falling over. This fella is a clown.

Game over now anyway

Yes. Those odds seem huge

Hon Davy Conway!

Why doesn’t Marty Clarke play for Down any more again? Is it illness related?

Meath are pitiful here.

1-12 to 0-10. '61.

Illness related

Wasn’t picked. Unwilling to work around whatever he has or don’t feel he’s up to it.

Been switching over and back, Mooney has had a great game.

Tipp 0-15
Laois 1-9

5 left. Both teams poor but game

McKernan is a class act.

Great individual point by McKernan should seal it.

1-13 to 0-11. '66.

David Clarke man of the match in Castlebar

Tipp 0-16
Laois 1-9

Into injury time. Just need to figure out a system where we can play Armagh every week I think.

Mooney gets MOTM.

Calamitous goal for Tipp, ladies football’esque.

@thedancingbaby, please post tonight’s results when they come in.

Did you go to it? Good bounce back for Tipp after Sligo defeat.

No, watching it on Eir. Poor stuff.

Super 2’s?

1-13 to 0-14. FT.

McKernan with a last minute of injury time drag down black card when Down were a goal up. Meath worked the ball up field and got another free on the 21. Down lined the goal with around 10 players and the Meath lad pulled a drop kick goal attempt from the free and the corner forward fisted it off the bar and over. Down’s first win in 2 years.

Down did have a few of their better players back tonight - Mooney, Ryan Johnston, McKernan and a few more.

They’ll still go down though.
