Barnes wanted to find out was no 3 sub tactical or injured. If injured, he couldnt come back on. If tactical, and France went for scrum, he would have to come back on.
Wales wanted uncontested scrum so they stuck an ice pack on him when they realised what was going on.
Not much sport breaking out in the few minutes I have seen
Game ending in disarray. Would be exciting if not for the constant breaks to figure how what the fuck is happening.
