Cork have less men back, suits Tipp a lot more than having to break down a team
They could do with Colin Corkery there to bail them out.
When did Tipp last win a provincial title?
But I never will forget, the sweet maid that I met, in the valley of slievenamon
The accuracy of the passing so far would still them with more back there.
Tipp are definitely expending less energy than Cork but question is is whether they’re fitter.
If?
30’s
When did Tipp last win a provincial title?
Best part of 80 years iirc
I remember it well
It’d be a pity if they were to win their first in so long in front of an empty stadium.
Tipp way better, God it’s a tough sport to watch , Cork would drive you mad
There’s surely more in Cork. They were impressive, especially from a physical and defensive point of view against Kerry.
Tipp playing lovely football. While riordan has been quiet , the few times he’s kicked it in it’s been accurate. Hopefully he grows into it in the second half. Four points up at halftime , drive it on from here.
Tipp have to go for the jugular and create a goal, I don’t think cork will be too pushed if them go 6/7 behind
Limerick left a Munster title behind them
We won it mate
1935
Won minor in 11 + 12
Won 21 in 10 + 15
Mad its been that long
Only one non-Cork or Kerry winner since (Clare in 92). It’s the 1890s since either Limerick or Waterford won it
Luke Connolly off
