A quick google suggests not. A bit like the Antrim of their province (not withstanding Antrim’s run to the 2009 Ulster final under Paddy Bradley’s father’s management).

Both as compeditive as each other
Tyrone have made AI semi finals and finals in the past 3 seasons without getting near an Ulster final.
