He has become Taylor like on his cover shooting with the 19s though, very rarely a comfortable leg lead on him even on own throw.

Taylor won at least 3 world titles when things started to get very competitive.
His dismantling of Van Gerwen in the 2013 final was the best dart performance I have seen.
Chisnall is more than capable of beating the Belgian btw.
He didn’t chase Cullen in some legs in the 2nd to 4th set. Let him win them and go on his own throw. He could have pressured Cullen with a 180 before Cullen went for a finish

3 wins in the PDC World Championship so far is a moderate return, he’s never retained it either. Did he ever beat Taylor in it? Taylor on his last legs in the 2013 final was still too good for him.
