Ghana look a team really boosted by the improving African results over the last few days. Cameroon coming from behind to salvage a draw this morning, Morocco winning yesterday and Senegal on Friday.

If Ghana can win this and Uruguay fail to beat Portugal this evening, Uruguay v Ghana is going to be off the hook, off the chain.
