Kelly is a nice lad alright. While I think the first two rounds of the group stage is the best time of any tournament, I won’t be sorry if the knock-out stages signals a goodbye to your Qatars, Tunisias, John Kennys and Alan Cawleys.

Qatar have had a lot of free-kicks and corners, just lacking a bit of quality.
He’s had a few Comical Ali outings in some of the Kenny games, but seems a harmless Tim Nice-but-Dim sort

Cawley infuriated me one day but, other than that, he’s been fine. Better than Ronnie.

@Bandage has Kenny ever carved out a niche in any sport a la Greg Allen for golf (“not a real sport etc.”) and athletics? They’ve both been on the go around the same length of time
