Of course it was a penalty. Same as Holland should have had a penalty when Given took out Van Nistelrooy in 2001.
Thereâs no shame for an Irish person in admitting what Given did was a penalty. Made the win all the sweeter that we got away it. We were due something back for years of bad luck.
