That was a proper hat-trick. Three brilliant goals in different ways. I like proper hat-tricks.
A lot of hat-tricks, most of them probably, are not proper hat-tricks. Mbappeās in the World Cup final - two penalties. John Ryan in the 1990 FAI Cup final - two penalties. Geoff Hurst (although Roger Hunt ran away celebrating which should be the only proof needed that the ball had actually crossed the line).

Thatās it.
That was a super evening. Got a ticket about half 5. Just made the dart, had a few pints in town before and after. Never seen as many gardai on the streets. Loads of overtime for them. The italian fans were superb. Well better than the germans rven before the first goal. Atalanta had it won all over the pitch. Leverkusen didnāt know what hit them.
