Aspinall stalled 4 times before throwing the last doubles. In my opinion he was the better player, he won 16 legs to 15 for Rock
It seems like a very long drawn out tournament. I generally never watch it before Christmas. Looking at the draw there now, 64 matches played across 9 days before Christmas. All that achieved in whittling down the 96 players to 32 was the elimination of just 3 of the 32 seeded players.
