2024/2025 Premier League - The Drive for 5 (city losses in a row?)

Spurs worthy finalists. Defeated Man City and the crack Ajax side that 7 Hag spent a billion pounds bringing to Manchester.

I would count the FA cup as a half a cup, unless you’re a bottom half team maybe.

Can you imagine SAF saying he had won more trophies than some other club after four years of obscene spending and failure?

Nothing the Scousers could say to him would hurt him more than the pyjama boys he created living vicariously through Citeh and Real Madrid

They could stampede on him.

:rofl::rofl:

Eighth Hag watching in despair as Spurs clawed back 3 goals in half an hour without the iconic Harry Kane.

If it’s so easy getting to a CL final you’d wonder how the billion dollar Yanited team got bundled out in the group stages by a washed Harry Kane, an EPL retirement team and a bunch of fishermen .

Edit, conceding the most goals ever by an English team iirc

How did Liverpool fair in the champions league last season?

You fucking clown

You could also say they lost to a team managed by the worst manager man united have had in 50 years.

Dont tell Eddie that, they’re only second in trophies to City.

Nasty stuff.

The international break has come at the right time for some lads. Get some fresh air

Jaysus it’s going to be a long hard season if lads are like this after 3 matches.

Hopefully Ferguson lives a few more years to see the annual bating Liverpool hand the Red Devils.

Listened to Second Captains there. One of the guests Fanning/Miguel made a very good point regarding United fans.

They seem to be hardwired into always willing to give the manager more time. The is a legacy of Ferguson’s first 4/5 years. They are blinded by that and almost believe every manager they have can turn it around like him because it is United.

A consequence of this is that the atmosphere at OT has never become fully toxic like say the end of the Wegner years. However on the flip side the procrastination in refusing to get rid of lame duck managers is bewildering to those outside the united supporters bubble.
