2024/2025 Premier League - The Drive for 5 (city losses in a row?)

That’s a sublime Tottenham Hotspur goal. It’s a real pity they’re a part time team as when they’re good they can be very very good.

This is getting like the 2-5 FA Cup Sixth Round clash of 1993 when Teddy Sheringham, Nayim and Nick Barmby ran riot.

Liverpool have not won the league under a Labour government in my lifetime.

City will be regretting giving Pep that extension

Terry Phelan scored a peach of a consolation

Contract extension smacks of a legal way to pay him when he leaves in summer.

Gas the Liverpool fans thought finishing second to pep was an achievement.

Calm down, we don’t need that kind of hate speech

How would that work out? You think they’ll get done for the charges?

Vindication for the Ange backers @neilld and @backinatracksuit

Pep left Barcelona because Jose wound up.

He quit in Bayern because the ex players criticised him.

Won a few soft premier league titles when man united were down.

A very unlikeable character too.

His Barca side beat Mourinho’s Real 5-0 and cruised past them in a Champions League semi-final.

That was the first season.

He lost to Chelsea embarrassingly. He left and real won the league.

A real lack of ambition from Pep taking a contract extension

Premier after ten years of irrelevance could be really on the way back now.

Coach Slot’s strong start has put Pep under fierce pressure.

True. It’s refreshing to see Arne Slot take it by storm without a chequebook.
