It appears that Villa & Everton are in cahoots to avoid breaching the PSR rules.
Both teams sign a youth player from the other for roughly the same fee. Both show the transfer received as profit as it is received but amortise the fee paid over the length of the contact (5 years or so).
Dobbin is only 21, I guess, but I’d be surprised if he played much for Villa over the course of his career. Iroegbunam probably has a slightly better chance of getting some gametime for Everton.

Yep, she has joined too. I didn’t realise he was City but the way he plays it makes sense. Pep seems to never come back in for lads they have let go for whatever reason.

Signed a 5 year deal back in 2017, but spent a lot of the 2-3 years of it out with Fair Girona. He had trouble with a work permit apparently.
Fair play. He was savage last season and was a goal threat as well. Arteta will be annoyed as he was in for him twice. 50 mill is decent value today for the player he is.

Wrexham have snapped up Arthur Okonkwo on a free from Arsenal. Great bit of business from the lads after his successful loan deal last season.
