2025 Summer Transfer Window

The Saudi Football Federation have brought the transfer window forward by 17 days so that Al Hilal can register a new striker for the Club World Cup :joy:

Mitrovic and Marcus Leonardo are both injured so they are going to sign Hamdullah on loan just for the CWC. He might only play one game.

Nice to see a federation help their own.

A lad in Saudi was telling me they want to help the team that represents the country.

Al-Hilal is the team that get the most help from the authorities and representatives of the league. If any other Saudi team is in their situation, they wouldn’t bring the window back 17 days.

Most of the Saudi Football Federation representatives are Hilal fans, if not all.

Hilal fans don’t want the striker because they don’t like his attitude towards them.

Nico Williams has signed an 8 year contract…EXTENSION with Bilbao. What a mad storyline.

It’s one of those, they can never replace him so they pay him accordingly. Everyone wins, fans, club, player. They surely don’t do that many transfers in with the Basque rule.

I wonder is there a clause for Barcelona when they have their house in order. He’s winning and contending at international level anyway.

Opens the window for Rashford to Barca as well

Arsenal move fast to replace Partey, signing Zubimendi for 65M

Arsenal getting shit done.

On the other hand man united are having yet another farcical transfer window chasing players they have no hope of getting, taking absolutely ages to sign players they might get as the fee rises and rises and being unable to sell anyone.

Where are Arsenal getting all this money? Any FFP concerns there? Zubimendi looks a great signing and Gykores looks close plus a winger or two.

I hear United are close to finalising a move for Dominic Calvert Lewin. That would be a great bit of business.

For DCL.

I heard Rovers are raiding Klub Kildare
