20 years ago but still stands up as a great album in my opinion. I was in 6th year in school in a free class when I first heard it. Around November time. Fantastic memories.

We have an On This Day thread for this kind of thing.

Plus this kind of claim jumping by posting it up 5 days before the anniversary simply isn’t on. I had diaries forward to post this up on Saturday.

Locke is not an alright sort. [quote=“Locke, post: 624019”]

A landmark album undoubtedly.

True to form, my favourite song on it is everyone else’s least favourite - Lounge Act.

Prefer In Utero though.

Unplugged was their finest recording by a country mile. The Meat Puppets song they did on it was their finest song. Given the direction they were heading on that album it was a particular tragedy that they never made another album.

Was fresh in my mind after listening to the Battle Axe last night where they played the entire album. Your comments have been noted and please feel free to add further to this thread.

Go shit in your hat Locke.

Aye, Lake of Fire I think? Great album.
