10 points clear after 10 games and a game in hand as well. Really exciting times for Celtic fans. The 15 point winning margin of 2015/16 and the 17 point winning margin of 2014/15 will both be surpassed with ease. Dare Celtic fans dream of surpassing the 29 point winning margin of 2013/14?
I thought Celtic stood up very well to Aberdeen’s filthy and robust approach. I’m pretty sure Celtic got more yellow cards, which is pretty mental given the amount of times Aberdeen players scythed down Celtic attackers without censure. A few recent games have been more nervy than they should have been because of some poor finishing mixed with great goalkeeping. Simunovic and Sviatchenko were solid today.
Erik is winning me over big time. He can be a bit rash but he’s very no nonsense and aggressive which I like. He’s also very good on the ball.

It’s a distinct possibility alright and we’ve now won away from home at our two main rivals already. Impressive to dig in and see it through late on today though we really should have gone two or three up earlier. I also liked the way we responded to Hearts’ equaliser at Tynecastle in August and went back up and scored the winner. That said, it’ll be very difficult to remain unbeaten for 38 league games as, much as we look superior to the opposition so far, all it takes it some bad luck or rank bad refereeing.
