AI SHC Semi-Final Killkenny v Tipperary

Only three days left until the throw-in for the biggest game of the year.
Post all team news, match discussion and Fan Larkin anectodes here.

I’ll be supporting Tipperary in this one.

Tipp injury worries for Eoin Kelly and Gearoid Ryan.
John O’Brien unlikely to play after a family bereavement.
Big question marks over Tipperary coming into this, I’d imagine KK will target the right side of the defence - Stapleton and O’Brien. Shefflin on O’Brien would be a worrying match-up from a Tipp perspective.
Brendan Maher and Shane McGrath still struggling to find their 2010 form, even if they do Fennelly and Rice will still take stopping.
All in all it’s Kilkenny’s to lose…

Tipperary to win.

As this is the official thread for the game i want to state that ill be backing tipperary to win this match,
ill be attending this game as im arriving home for a few days saucage.
As previously stated in another thread the arrogant carkiness in me automatically assumed that we would win Munster and that was why me and other contemporaries organised a gathering for this weekend.
I presume the ticket situation will be the same as last week and the uppper tiers of the stadium will remain closed due to lack of interest from General Public, the Croke Park shop accross the street from the Dart station i presume will be the place to pick up the tickets on Sunday before the game, ticketmaster only had some awful options available online, there is no way i am standing with these people so I am concerned about securing a decent seat to watch the proceedings.

i think certain centra and Super Valu stores sell tickets now…there is usually a van selling tickets just past Gills on North circular road…

Tipp to run kilkenny ragged… :guns: :guns:

Upper tier of the Hogan is definately open. Would expect around 45 to 50K at it i’d say

Upper tiers were open last week too. Tickets.ie is a better site for tickets anyway and no admin fee either

thanks lads
