I don’t know, pal. I’m wavering a bit now and thinking of going for the short stack of pancakes rather than the french toast in Herb Street tomorrow.
Just off the phone to my auld lad and he was really concerned about Davy’s body language last weekend. He said Davy was so uncharacteristically calm and passive, and got the feeling he was looking at a man seeing out his final days as manager. It’s hard to put my finger on it but I have a sense of foreboding too. Looking at it from afar, I worry we’ve have lost our buzz and spark as a unit and there’s lots of senior players struggling for form.
Combine that with some of the U21s being “rested” after their Leinster Final exploits, the shitty display in Mullingar, our inability to get to the Leinster Final before that, and there’s huge question marks over Wexford. PM O’Sullivan thinks we’re inefficient and expend too much energy for what we contribute to the scoreboard.
Yet we have plenty of good players too and all it needs is for it to click tomorrow and the bandwagon will be cranked up again.
Any word on the team yet?
I did think the same about Davy body language, he seemed fairly down beat. I’d be very hopeful that there is a massive performance coming tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

No word on team, surely it will be announced soon. What’s the rule on announcing teams, Clare announced there team yesterday while Wexford always leave it till late in the week or 20mins before throw in.

Don’t think there’s any official requirement to publicly name a team. Am I wrong? No team texted to Cairde Loch Garman members yet anyway.
The Limerick footballers have often named the team on the day on the match . Although I’d say they were probably trying to round up a few more numbers

Fuck Clare outside of Cusack Park they’re only fodder for proper teams
I’d imagine it will end up with Clare and Kilkenny victories. Wexford are built to not lose games rather than win them, Limerick can’t be trusted to beat Kilkenny.
