Youâd still fear for the Clare FB line staying on the field.
I donât know. Itâs moving very fast. But thereâs no physicality. Good game alright. Evenly poised
Hogan very poor for the cork goal.
Clare were nervous early doors.
Can happen on a big day.
Coleman fluffed a second half which possibly could have ended it as a contest.
Didnât realise this was on BBC proper and not just the NI version. Makes the tweeness a bit more understandable
Good half, Clare were woeful in the first 15 but have been well on top in the last 10.
Downeyâs goal was top class.
Hayes, Harnedy & Barrett all started brilliantly but youâd have to say theyâve all faded and Clare backs have got on top. Now, the ball down on top of them has been agricultural enough.
They have stopped getting Barrett into spaces.
SOD was unbelievable in dragging them into it after 0 possessions in the first 15. Rodgers superb since then aswell.
Duggan is not a full-forward, he shouldnât be in there. I know he got done for a goal but put him at 11 at least.
Cork need to whip Horgan
Itâs a thing of beauty.
He wonât have the balls to do it, but I agree completely
What odds was Conor Cleary to win Player Of The Match? The game is basically revolving around him.
Worse plans have worked
Clare well in this. Diarmuid Ryan hurling Dalton off the field. Cleary doing well. Midfield on top. Their Half back line on top now last 15 mins. Need to get SOD on more ball.
Barrett did a lot of damage on Conlon early on. Thought Rob Downey was dominant on Rodgers first 20 but Rodgers has come well back into it. Fitzgibbon has been quiet.
If Clare win itâll 100% be SOD. Doesnât matter what happens from here
Connolly and Dalton have been much worse.
Conlan is some bit of stuff, a real warrior. That flake on Barrett was outstanding especially after Barrett tried giving him timber at the throw in
Adam Hogan needed to go to Downey for Cork goal. Then McInerney should have covered Hoganâs man Connolly. It was a great finish off the hurl but too easy for him. Like the Red Sea the Clare defence just parted.
Ryan made the initial mistake, he followed his man when he should have covered the danger. Still, the goal didnât look on but even still
That Patrick Horgan missed free at 1-8 to 0-4 let Clare off the hook. Similar to his missed free in the semi which briefly handed Limerick the initiative. SOD after storming back into this game after a quiet first 16 minutes.
Hogan struggling. Grabbing jerseys in clear sight. Naive stuff.
