Cork 15 scores to 11 in a second half they were second best in has me worried. Rogers, SOD looked dead on their feet at end too.
Took responsibility too and put over the score to make it a one point game
Rodgers is gone
Be a lot of empty trains leaving Dublin soon
They’ll hold the ones put on for the game as well
Call it twee call it whatever you want but Hurling is the greatest sport in the World
GAA is the makings of this country. Sport is bleaker in places like England where cricket is their alternative.
Do yellow cards carry on? How many subs in extra time?
I think that rule changed this year did it not? Edit - about ET being a new game.
Kingston on
Think he came on after 65 minutes didn’t he?
Johnny still bleeding.
Cork lost in extra-time v Tipp in 1987, Waterford in 2010 and Limerick in 2018.
Clare had extra-time against Galway in 2018 and it was level at the end. They won in extra-time v Wexford in 2013.
Can’t think of any other instances off the top of my head but they probably exist.
Was he? Jaysus he didn’t do much?
Johnny Murphy has done a fine job today.
The first extra time in a Senior AIF since 1891 (and second only instance ever), I think, when Kerry won.
Twomey is a good trier but his hurling is poor enough
I’d say Rory O’ Connor had a wry smile when he saw Johnny Murphy get his comeuppance.
Kerry won the first hurling all Ireland Limerick the first football.
Never won again either.
First time watching Shane Kingston?
