Make points that make sense.

You are referencing random games to support an argument you are not having.

Argument?

Bubbles could easily pick off 3 or 4 points in the final 20 minutes. A very good sub to have. I think Sunday will be closer than must expect but if tipp win they’ll destroy kk in the final and account for Waterford easily enough. Galway on the other hand…

Tipp 2009-10 were better imo.

Ah, will we ever see the likes of the Lar & Tommy show again? :grinning:

Watching highlights there again.

Killkenny did not play that bad. Their hurling was excellent, their efficiency superb. Would love to see the shooting stats. Waterford definitely out hassled them and you would expect that to even a bit.

KK lost more of the man-to-man battles, but as a team were still in good enough form. The KK goal was brilliantly taken, allowing for foul on Barron and all the steps.

Brick Walsh must have had 5/6 assists.

Noticable too both sides were shooting from soace out on the wings. I think in time when teams start counteracting this, which is inevitable, space will open up and we may startinh getting some more goals. Particularly on the run.

There wasn’t a foul on Barron.

There was. He climbed up on his back.

In the Cody era, Tipperary have ultimately lost in 7 of the 8 years, they’ve faced Kilkenny in the championship. At least in their last two defeats Tipperary have managed to keep it to within a score of Kilkenny, something they failed to do in the first five of those defeats. Tipperary have also lost all 4 league finals they’ve faced Kilkenny in, with Cody at the helm. If they do meet in the final this year, maybe Kilkenny might to something similar to 2010 and field a few players with cruciate knee injuries to level the playing field and inject a bit of badly needed competitiveness into this most one sided and predictable of fixtures.

Nobody has beaten Kilkenny in the championship more often than Galway in the Cody era.

Weren’t you telling us yesterday this is a brand new Kilkenny team? That’s completely irrelevant.

Not a foul

No its not irrelevant. 13 of Kilkenny’s starting 15 team from last Sunday have started in at least one championship win over Tipperary, most of those 13 have featured in multiple wins over Tipperary.

My point yesterday was this is an almost a completely different Kilkenny team from the Kilkenny four in a row team of 2006-09. Of last Sunday’s starting fifteen, only Richie Hogan started in any of those 4 in a row wins and he was just in for the tail end of that sequence only starting the 2009 final.

Will we have a game like last week.

He’s a witch!

That pussy was predicting Tipperary to beat Galway on multiple threads as if that would make him immune from abuse by the Tipp posters.

“Sure I said we’d get beaten all along anyway.”

A gutless muldoon afraid to get fully behind his team in case he lost face on the internet.

No. He just chose his battles wisely and was proven right on the internet. The true test of this premonition will be in 5 years time.

It’s not my fault I was given a gift by a higher power to predict the outcome of games expertly, dispassionately and accurately. It’s my cross to bare, my stigmat-gah if you will

It’s true that Tipp have mostly struggled to match Kilkenny’s intensity when they’ve met. I thought that would look better if they beat Galway, but they weren’t that strong in the middle of the field. Michael Fennelly being out is a big break. But Tipp still need much more from Breen and Brendan Maher to win.
