All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 2025

I don’t need evidence mate. I have a feeling.

They won’t win it, but they could take down someone if they get a run on them.

They beat a better Clare team in 2023 than the one they beat in 2025. They drew with a better Limerick team in 2023 than the one they drew with in 2025. They drew with Cork in 2023 compared to being thrashed by them this year.

Does losing to Waterford in 23 not suit your point?

I reckon they coulda left Podge in the pub

Is Podge related to Noel Delaney from Leinster Council?

He’s not a son anyway to the best of my knowledge, perhaps otherwise related.

Noels son Eoin was corner forward with the Laois minor hurlers this year and did wreck.

I knew he had a good lad coming.

Bad aul week for ye. Tommy Fitz is a good man
He will get the best out of them given the time.

I’ve come around to this after seeing the poor standard on display Saturday night :grinning:

You’d wonder when does the review start. 17 point defeat to Westmeath. 10 point defeat to Kildare. We should be outraged. CB meeting last night shoulda been burnt to the ground. I dunno.

I like Tommy, he’s the right man, and Justin is a very decent man and a good manager, but we’re not providing the right decks to them.

With the split season, will the hay still be saved before Cork are bet?

Tipp have had a good season but I think their forwards struggle against the better teams. Not great ball winners unless they throw in McCormack and o Donoghue. Although they might get away with that in croker. Plus Forde and John mcgrath lack pace.
They are building a decent squad though with kenneally and o Donoghue impressing off the bench.
I’ve been very impressed by their backs though. Mobile and hard working midfield too

I think someone said on here that Paddy McCormack declined an invite into the senior panel this year. Unless Liam Cahill does a Tony Dempsey on it in 2001 when Dempsey promoted a few U21 players for the All-Ireland senior quarter-final against Limerick.

McCormack was added in recent days.

Yes, thanks to climate change.

This was only ever going to end one way…

Those Tipp lads are serious ball players when you stand up watching them.

The rest were probably expecting a throwing contest.

The big question is will they roll over for cork again if they meet them in a semi.
