Pretty much all of them.
Nash & Reidy didn’t see much gametime in 2018 but did from 2019 on.

Mike Casey and David Reidy.
Barry Nash was also a sub throughout 28. I cant remember when he broke in. Probably after richie English did his cruciate
Serious core group. Wonder which of the all time great gaa eras had the smallest playing pool?
Kerry 70s 80s
Kilkenny 00s 10s
Dubs 2011 to 20s
Limerick
Probably Limerick, I’d say.
Which is why people are worried about what comes next.
We were lucky in many ways that the core group was so young when we won our 1st.
All-Ireland SHC Quarter-Finals
Saturday June 20
Clare v Dublin, FBD Semple Stadium, 7pm, RTE
Sunday June 21
Cork v Offaly, FBD Semple Stadium, 3.30, RTE
Busy weekend for Big Rob ahead.
Sunday game should be a good occasion, Saturday evening will be soulless enough, no reason for that game not to be in Portlaoise.
It’s very rare a group this tight and small win as much. Usually you’d need constant conveyor belt throughout a dynasty with a main 5/6. But to have the same 15 barring 2/3 for that length of time is some testament (teams eventually figuring you out etc). Testament to the coaching as much as anyone.
Meath 1986-1991
I’d say 13 of the spots on the team were pretty much nailed down for the vast majority of those six seasons.
Feile is on in Laois that weekend
Can the GAA keep Ben O’Connor informed of when halftime and full time will happen for this also?
What happens then when Cork draw Cavan, I mean Dublin, in the All-Ireland SFC Losers of The Winners v Winners of the Losers round?
Ah didn’t realise that ![]()
Good shout but I suppose they wouldn’t be in the same ballpark of greatness as the teams I mentioned. Those 4 are easily the goats of gaa.
This fixture will do well to break 10k attendance.
Will O’ Donoghue didn’t play much in 2018 either did he? Cameo roles here and there as a sub.
Downey and his legal team is it?
He would definitely have been considered firmly part of the first 20, some very big contributions from the bench that year in the QF & SF particularly, and also an early sub down in Cork when Hannon went off.
WOD had a fine cameo in the round robin in 2018.
Came on half back and Morrissey went centre back.
If I recall correctly Lehane had Morrissey in bother early doors in that game.
