As a hurling fan I am absolutely seething that this shower of no hopers are disgracing an All-Ireland final. This is bullshit. Something needs to be done.[/quote]

Are you even at the game?

Clare were never 18 points down at half time in any game that I can remember.

The 15000 mile round trip was a bit much for a u-21 game, you ignorant fuck.

Bloody sitter

Great double save from the Antrim goalie there.

You’re apparently seething about it yet you weren’t even arsed going to the game. You barstool fucking cunt.

Says the fat cunt who spent the afternoon waxing polemic about Stokesy from behind a keyboard.

What was the half time score in the 1993 Munster Final? Reckon Clare could well have been 18 points down at half time that day. Tipp didn’t raise a gallop in the 2nd half, won in the end by 18, and even that was after Clare getting a few late goals. No wonder Nicky English was laughing.

Thanking Bord Gais the sponsors of the competition.
Professional.

I’m on a smartphone, you presumptuous cunt. Stokesy’s a legend though - what does one’s physique have to do with recognising that, you horse bothering prick? Congrats on the win though.

yeah the big deal made about Nicky smiling was well over done and a slight on a gentleman.

Sure maybe a Clare player today had a smile or a laugh today but it wasn’t visible with the helmets. I think I saw one of the Clare joint managers laughing towards the end! what harm sure if they were enjoying themselves - same as nicky was

Clare super in the air today again

Hard to believe Seadna Morey cant get his place in the Clare senior team!

Another candidate for Clare been 18 behind at half time would be the 1987 Munster Semi Final replay in Killarney, again against Tipperary. Clare got an almighty hiding that day, nearly all the damage inflicted in the first half. There was a few pages in Christy O’Connor’s book Last Man Standing with Eoin McMahon the Clare goalkeeper that day giving his thoughts on that day in Killarney.

Anthony Daly was spot on in his speech. Clare really were the whipping boys of hurling for a very long time.

not sure what a Munster semi has to do with an AI final, you bitter little man.

No injuries and Cunningham got a run. a good day out.

The Dalai Lama stated that he can never recall a match that Clare were 18 points behind at half time. I’m merely pointing out two occasions in which to the best of my recollection Clare were at least 18 points down at half time.

Without reading back I’m pretty sure he didn’t mention Clare and he was referring to an AI final.

What he said was as follows:

‘Clare were never 18 points down at half time in any game that I can remember’.
