Allianz Hurling League 2019

Cheers horse

Tommy Welsh. Voice would cut through you.

Tommy Walshs co-commentary is enjoyable.

Some man for the yarns.

Is it Tommy and Liam Aherne?

Barrett diving getting fellas booked, the prick is being cleaned the whole game

Ya…Tommy and Liam Aherne.

Tommy Walsh is simple but an alright sort all the same. The type of fella you’d always say hello to in a pub but never get stuck in a conversation with.

Liam aherne sounds very odd

Bubbles on now. Looks fitter than last summer.

Tipp will take fair stopping this year.

He’s far from simple . Plays the gombeen and has no filter but is as cute as a fox.

That was never a penalty.

Add in Jason Forde and John McGrath to this, lethal set of forwards.

Insane quality. If they click and get the work rate right they’ll take some beating.

Forwards aren’t Tipp’s weakness, from goalkeeper to midfield has been their problem.

I met him in the Bad Ass cafĂŠ 2 weekends ago, had a nice chat with him

They can be got at for sure. Whole team worked very hard tonight though. Hogan in goals was good too.

I would say they are the slowest team in hurling, no real pace in the team. A vital ingredient these days.

Tipps backs are very good but were let down by the forwards work rate last year. They were letting the ball out for too easy. Ronan Maher is an excellent 6 and had no business at midfield. They’ve a far better set of backs than Galway.

Hogan was very solid last year
