They’ve quietly given up on that rule apparently.
It is a shit rule tbf. Refs have no intention of enforcing it in any match of note.
Because they will receive abuse for doing so too, no doubt.

If any team were due a let off on that stupid rule, it’s Clare
I’d probably adjust it and just give a penalty. The double jeopardy makes it ridiculously harsh and discourages refs from doing it.
