Kurtley Beale, honest, gracious and complimentary. Surely he’s not Australian.
Ronan O’Gara.
Martin McGuinness
Declan Kidney. King of the rope-a-dope.
Johnny Giles, heard him on Newstalk the other night. Comes across as a gentleman.
Aboy the ROG! Wears his heart on his sleeve does Ronan, always a good interview.
Is his autobiography any good? I’d consider reading it if he’s that open in it.
I vowed to only follow one rugby footballer on twitter and that has been the legendary Brian O’Driscoll. I am going to break this rule to follow Ronan.

No the book is shite. Some good bits but the one he writes after he’s ten years retired will be a lot better!!!
I want to reaffirm my earlier nomination of Brendan Rodgers. Great scenes post victory today when he took a wonderful ovation from the crowd after an emotional week following the passing of his father and the deaths of the miners in the Swansea locality too. Excellent interview with him then also. What a guy!
Colm Meaney.
Sepp Blatter
Roberto Mancini
Flesh that out a bit, always comes across as a softcock.
What makes you believe he is a softcock?
Stephen Kelly, Ireland footballer.
Robert Ballagh, artist.
Liam Dunne, Wexford Senior Hurling Manager Lock this thread.
Having recently learnt that tremendous, no nonsense, sidekick of Bill Cullen, Brian Purcell, as well as being a noble follower of the leash, also won a Kerry SH Championship medal with Ballyduff in 1988, I feel it necessary to reiterate his suitability for this honour.
