He’s the best of us. Handing out medals to the Laois U14 LGFA last night.

The lifeblood of the association, or rather the culture. There’s at least one in every club / parish / town. I think of Noel Ryan, Rory Kinsella, Rory Og Murphy, Michael Mahon, Larry Connors in our club, HWH Bunclody.
We had a loss recently with the passing of Pat “Header “ Handrick. An absolute legend, played for the county, won Senior football championships in 82 and 85 and spent the rest of his life as selector, coach, organiser and general life of the club. We feel these losses greatly as they did so much, contributed so much and had such an influence on our lives. Exemplar Hibernaie.
