Today will probably just be a 9.0 for me, I average 9.8. Irish breakfast, pick up a few bits and pieces around town, visit IMMA to see that Aussie exhibition, coffee and a caramel slice in Accents, meet my fellow Nazis at the National Concert Hall for the Wagner concert, couple of glasses of Prosecco and retire for the evening.

Brian, as well as exercise, may I suggest you find some spiritual happiness. I don’t mean religion either, it can be night course on a subject that has always interested you, volunteer work, meditation or whatever.
