Should have been a regulation catch for Haddin. Could be a turning point yet. Bit of traditional Yorkshire grit needed now from the two Yorkshire batsmen.

Rootās been excellent here since he came in and looked shaky for the first few deliveries, played some cracking shots since. 32 off 23 so far.
88/3 at lunch. Australiaās morning but at least its looking a lot better for England than it was at 43/3 and it would have been real carnage on 43/4 if Haddin hadnāt dropped Root. A big knock from Joe Root essential for England now. With 33 off 24 balls, heās going well so far.
