Joined the club a few weeks ago. How long does the teething last? He’d been sleeping downstairs not a bother since I got him, last night cried like a baby before I took him upstairs. Must be his teeth. Chewing on everything.

Is it any wonder the country’s in a state of chassis

itll go on until he gets his adult teeth. my little fucker has recently taken to chomping on skirting boards

You can get a spray to stop the chomping on the furniture at pet essentials

can get a pair of size 12 boots at shoe stores to sort same issue.

Get an oul jumper, one that you’ve been wearing, wrap it round a mechanical clock and put it in the cage with him. That’s you sorted.

My little lad chewed through the leg of the stools, the window frames, the skirting boards and a rug. None of those sprays worked, neither did Tabasco or Sriracha. He’s eased up a bit now apart from the cardigan incident, which I’m sore about. He’s approximately a year old now.

Yup you gave me that advice at the start. We’re best buddies now her and I

And now you’re trying extradite me. Lovely

I told you, it’s tough love. You’ve gone off the rails
I’m reigning you back in. It’s for your own good. You’ll thank me for it

Feckin worked with my late westie plus a kick in the hole, suppose it won’t work with all of them

I did the same plus put a hot water bottle in with him, only cried 3/4 nights

I’ve decided to get a dog, first one in years. The daughter has been pushing hard and I’m hoping to get one by her birthday, march if the restrictions allow travel etc. .
Any recommendations. The missus only stipulation is it has to be hypoallergenic.

Have you much room, will it have a field or will you have to keep it on a lead?

Limited space out the back. I’d get a working dog if I had land.

I’ve an amount of forests and beaches around me so it’ll be worked hard

If you can let it off the leash I’d get a weimaraner or a Hungarian vizsla…or there’s a German hound with a similar nature. Lovely temperament, crazy but smart and very trainable. A joy to watch running. They can sleep all day when they have to. Bit boisterous round old people for a year or two
I saw weirmaraners for sale in crossmaglen…on gumtree. Not registered though

I’ve been doing a bit of research. I’m falling on the side of a basenji.

The missus is angling for those doodle fucking furry yokes.

Those Hungarian vizslas look beautiful

Got a cavapoo 3 months ago, great little man.
