Ating a dog

came across a Spanish water spaniel before. Smashing but very long coat, this must be his Irish equivalent Be bastard to try and keep them maintained I’d imagine

Sure you have to do an interview now to get a dog from the pound.

Looking at the Dogs Trust website it seems more time goes into getting a Sponsorship of a Dog over the line than a new home.

Also appears that you can forget about a Dog from them if you’ve younger children

I mentioned it before but a vet i know told me that Dog Trust are the worst crowd going, they won’t actually give you a dog and just want people to “sponsor” a dog (i.e. pay them to keep the dog). A waste of time dealing with them he said.

It’s seems the system wants me to go buy from a Puppy Farm or off Donedeal.

Wicklow Animal Welfare is where we got our second fella from and they were great to deal with. Like the DSPCA, they seemed to engage more via Instagram the missus tells me.

I’ve fostered a dog this evening for the week. Unfortunately Esteban has left the board so I can’t rub his face in it which is a disaster altogether. Silver lining is she’s an absolute beauty, don’t want to give her back already.

That’s a lovely dog.

Seems some cunt is leaving poison for dogs out on killiney hill. One of the kids in madames class had a viszla die after eating it.

Apparently its the 3rd dead dog this week from eating poison there

Exactly what a dog-poisoning Killiney resident would likely say.

What type of sick, messed up fucker does that.

the cunt.

Jayzus. Linked to dog owner’s not cleaning up their dog’s shite I’d say. I’d imagine a single person, regular walker up there, most likely over 50 as the culprit.

In. For 4 days. Hit the beach this morning with her. Great craic.
