In fairness to them they are not used to not being involved at this stage of the year and they are windmilling out of boredom. The last time they were in this position in 2013 they got themselves into a seethe over Barry Kelly having the temerity to give Henry Shefflin two yellow cards and they spent the summer appealing one of the yellows even though there was no suspension involved. They are a gas crowd.
They shouldnât all feel so uninvolved. For parts of the old South Kilkenny, this is a whole experience having their soon to be new county to cheer on in an All Ireland Final.
Eddie âIâll lock you into a room with a big black lad who will ride you all the way homeâ Brennan knows a thing or two about dealing with scumbags in fairness but he has got this one wrong.
I will never ever forget the 2008 final . Myself and a pal had premium tickets and a fellow behind us from Kk was utterly urging Kk to drive it home . He was unrelenting and said every score game him pleasure .
I pictured Rome with Lions v Christians .
Thatâs a fair point, even though I think Gleeson was very luck to get away without a ban the CCCC shouldâve brought it up with Owens and GAA rather than public cleaning their hands of it in the media
I think he was very lucky too.
Twee prick.
Amoeba
Ah Mike.
Did you post a link to something a " twee prick " wrote by any chance?
Have you Googled amoeba yet?
Do you understand who I called a Twee Fuck, Mike?
Yea. My bad. I apologise
Interesting to see what this saga will be the precursor for at next yearâs GAA congress .
Saw a young lad do an Austin Gleeson last night and he was promptly red carded. The injustice of it all.
Was he sent off for scoring an outrageous goal albeit showing a greedy side and then taunting the opposition fans ?
Well done Joe. Thoroughly deserved Hurler of the Year award. A worthy successor.
