The Christian Brothers in Australia have a huge amount of claims against them over historical child sexual abuse. They are seeking a moratorium on claims and have indicated if this is not granted, they will immediately go into liquidation, leaving their victims with nothing and further traumatised.
They have no money, the poor Brothers.
If only they hadnāt accidentally transferred what is now over $2 billion in property from 2007 to an entity called Edmund Rice Education Australia for $1 per property. They had papal blessing for this.
