Wes gives the ball away a lot in our own half at this stage but I think its worth having him there for when we do get the chance to attack such as the goal and Waltersâ chance
In the opposite fashion to McCleanâs first half defelcted shot, that free kick by Alaba looked a lot closer on the live viewing than it actually was.

I sort of agree. I think we should avoid the temptation to replace him with a defensive player and not shift anyone else into that area because I think there will be space there. But I wouldnât have a problem with McGeady or even McGoldrick coming on and playing there instead of him. I think heâs been really dangerous in our half and taken too much out of it in their half, apart from two good interventions.
