The eye masks they hand out in Bidniz class will be well worn.

Aer Lingus FA’s are horrendous looking yolks

Great to see staff were really scrutinizing passenger tickets / passes -

That’s almost as terrifying as the Boeing crashes, especially with a “real” airline like BA involved. I can almost hear the work-experience student piloting the plane going “oh right ya, Dusseldorf is it, that’s in Germany I tink.”

I’m quite glad I don’t have a flight lined up for a few weeks.

The Boeing thing seems strange. The placement of the engines seems to make aircraft unstable and the software fixes it but if software malfunctions and you turn it off then you have another problem.

Reading that Seattle Times article hasn’t exactly done my confidence in flying any good either. Sounds like TFK upgrades are better tested and documented than new Boeing avionics features.

You don’t want to hear the pilot of a plane saying, “guys, a brief interlude”, as Rocko is wont to do on a reset

“We’re going to go into a sudden descent in a few moments guys. Could be for five minutes, could be for five days. I’m hoping for the former.”

You’d want your head examined to be ferrying a 737 Max anywhere

You wouldn’t even trust one on the back of a lorry at this stage.

I’ll give it 30 minutes before @Horsebox logs on to let us know he went to Iceland via Wow Air a few years ago.
